Alchemy offers end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Operating on an advanced ERP platform, we provide flexible fulfilment solutions ranging from direct-to-store deliveries to centralised warehousing.
Today, Alchemy partners with South Africa's leading FMCG, fashion, pharmacy, beauty, and online retailers, helping brands successfully enter, establish, and expand within one of Africa's most dynamic beauty markets.

THE ALCHEMY TEAM
Alchemy is led by founder and Managing Director, Karen Laubscher, a beauty industry professional with almost 40 years of experience in brand building, sales, marketing, retail, and business development.
Throughout her career, Karen has successfully managed and launched numerous leading local and international beauty brands across fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care categories. Her experience spans senior leadership roles within major South African beauty businesses, retail buying, direct sales, and strategic consulting, providing a comprehensive understanding of both brand and retail environments.
Under Karen's leadership, Alchemy has established itself as a trusted partner for brands seeking to enter, grow, and succeed within the South African market.
An experienced team, including specialists in finance, commercial management, operations, sales execution, and human resources support Karen. Together, they bring extensive industry knowledge and operational expertise to every brand within the Alchemy portfolio.
Based in Cape Town, South Africa, the Alchemy team works closely with retail partners and in-store sales teams.
